Features of the Q-9 Carpet Cutting Machine

One person can unroll, inspect, measure, cut, reverse roll and wrap all your carpet and vinyl simply and accurately. The touchscreen PLC control includes multiple preset cut storage and product settings. Foot and inch counter automatically slows down the machine then stops precisely at the programmed measurement. Designed to accommodate the largest rolls of carpet and heaviest rolls of vinyl, the Q-9’s “clam shell” load cradle will process your cut orders accurately and efficiently. Electronic eyes and pneumatically controlled shuttle load cradle adjust the roll to automatically eliminate any walking or coning. The Q-9’s load cradle can be adjusted in three ways: shuttle forward or backward for positioning, pivot for squaring the material and use the “clam shell” design to adjust for roll diameter. Wrap around foot cable control provides the operator with a way to engage the rollers from the front or side of the machine. Makes wrapping and taping rolls simple.
